Joint Ventures

Liz was project lead for a joint venture between Countryside and Clarion to provide a new village, Ashmere, within the Ebbsfleet Garden City. The village will deliver 2,600 homes, in addition to wider green and blue infrastructure and a commercial centre. Effective communication and experience in setting up and delivering joint ventures from the early stages of discussion through to effective delivery of completed homes and sales is critical for long term success of any project.
