H3D Consultancy is led by Liz Martin MRICS who has over 25 years development experience having worked in senior positions with a number of housing associations, as a development consultant and a valuer. Liz is a Chartered Surveyor with a proud track record of identifying, negotiating, and delivering high quality mixed tenure residential projects of all scales – from urban and rural infill sites to large scale strategic developments creating new garden cities.
Liz has a collaborative leadership style and has created and motivated multi-disciplinary teams, to formulate business strategy and deliver successful housing development programmes at Clarion Housing Group, Circle Housing Group, Tribal and Moat. In her last role at Clarion, the UK’s largest Housing Association, Liz had responsibility for projects delivering over 5,000 new homes, and was key to supporting a 70% increase in homes completed in 2019/2020.
Liz has a particular interest in housing good practice abroad, supporting and leading a number of self-funded study visits to Europe and the USA as part of the Chartered Institute of Housing International Group. She is also appointed to the RICS Social Impact Awards 2020 South East region judging panel.
